Spanish Premium Beef

The Rubia Gallega (Spanish Blonde cow breed) are used for dairy and meat yield. They can live up to 18 years. They count with great amounts of intramuscular fat. This makes them unique and extremely popular.

They live in large extensions of land of unique beauty, full of holm oak, cork oak and other species forests, along with pastures, scrubs, and aromatic herbs. Cattle stay in a healthy and wide environment complying with the regulations of 1 head of cattle per Ha. Quality and animal welfare are ensured thanks to keeping the animals in a rural environment. All its resources are used for feeding beef as well as fighting bulls creating a sustainable management model.

To achieve the same tenderness in all cuts, we leave our carcasses to rest in our temperature and humidity-controlled dry-aging rooms for a minimum of 12 days.
